Dr. Woolf was born in Redding, CA but spent most of his early years in Washington State. He also lived in Arizona and Virginia before serving a church mission in California. Dr. Woolf attended Brigham Young University in Provo, Utah where he received a B.S. in Zoology in 2000.
Dr. Woolf attended UNC-Chapel Hill for dental school and graduated with his D.D.S. in 2004. While a student at UNC, Dr. Woolf did dental rotations at the Veteran’s Affairs hospital in Washington, D.C; the Butner Youth Correctional Facility, and several public health clinics across North Carolina. After graduation, Dr. Woolf completed a one-year residency at the Fayetteville, North Carolina, Veteran’s Affairs hospital.
Dr. Woolf has been in private practice in North Carolina since 2005 and enjoys all aspects of general dentistry. Helping people achieve and maintain dental health is why he became a dentist.
Outside of the dental office, you can find Dr. Woolf practicing his lathe skills, tinkering with his elderly pick-up truck, and trying to keep up with his active family.
