¡Me ENCANTARON las decoraciones de Halloween! Así que, muchas felicidades a quien sea que las haya puesto. Tuve una experiencia genial y muy amable. Me encanta que puedes ver tus radiografías justo frente a ti. El personal es muy simpático y los dentistas son sumamente profesionales y realmente se preocupan por ti. Hoy me atendió una higienista y fue realmente increíble, agradable y compartió conmigo información que agradecí muchísimo.
Quedé sumamente impresionado con todas las personas que me atendieron. Empezando por la recepción. Me dieron una tableta para mi forma de registro y me informaron que, si tenía alguna dificultad, ellas me ayudarían. Me llevaron a una sala de examen donde una joven muy amable llamada Haley me explicó lo que iba a hacer y por qué. Ella me ayudó a terminar el registro en la tableta y luego tomó las radiografías necesarias.Después, una higienista dental muy agradable entró en la sala y tomó medidas. La dentista (no recuerdo su nombre) entró, revisó mis radiografías y me hizo un examen bucal. Luego me explicó las opciones de los procedimientos que necesitaría. Haley programó una cita para hacerme una extracción. Me llevaron con una coordinadora (Moriah), quien me explicó un plan de pagos y las ventajas de unirme al plan dental. No he estado más impresionado que con este grupo de excelentes profesionales. Y he recomendado a Carolina Dentist a un familiar. Gracias a todo el equipo.
¡Nuevamente, tuve una visita excelente! La dentista y la higienista dental fueron incluso más maravillosas que la última vez. ¡Los recomiendo ampliamente!
